Hey, I’m Sarah Rose.

Together, as coaches, we can help more people access the tools and support to live better lives.

Coaching Changes Lives—As It Has Mine.

Coaching didn’t just change my life—it saved my life.

I discovered my rock bottoms had basements several times throughout my life. Although I went through many hard things later in life, I hit the lowest of all my lows on the day of my 18th birthday.

On that day, I almost made the irreversible decision to take my life. I was in so much pain but since those around me couldn’t see it, it was as if it wasn’t real. Sure, there were signs and calls for help but nobody seemed to notice and those who noticed didn’t seem to care.

The thing with Mental Health struggles is that it can feel like the pain you’re living with makes you invisible and alone.

When my case fell through the cracks in the Mental Health system, I was forced to realize that no one was coming to save me. My life was in my own hands. And I had a choice: out or through.

When I made the choice to live, it was a commitment to really live. I don’t think that most people ever become conscious of that choice. As Benjamin Franklin said: “Many people die at 25 but we don’t bury them until 75.”

You see, there’s a fundamental difference between “living” and “being alive”. One is conscious and the other is unconscious. One empowers you with choices and the other leaves you at the effect of your circumstances.

Coaching gave me the tools to be able to take charge of my own Mental Health. It taught me that when you stop reacting to life and you pause, there’s a space that opens up and you can choose to create your life the way you want to live it.

You can rise up out of anything you’re going through.

My story is not unique. I just want you to know that at any moment you can re-decide anything about your life: how you live your life, what you do, what you believe in, who you surround yourself with, what you take with you, what you let go of, and even who you are. You are not what happened to you. You are not your mess ups. Nothing in life defines you. You define you. This is the work we do as coaches. Because we are LIFE coaches.

So don’t wait to create the life you want because this is not your practice life.
